Owing to its non-toxic, odorless nature and compliance with food contact material standards, PP sheet is an ideal choice for constructing sanitary-grade process systems. It is widely used for the linings and interior walls of fermentation tanks, mixing vessels, sterile piping, and CIP cleaning stations, providing excellent chemical resistance and anti-stick properties.
With its exceptional resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, PP sheet serves as a core material for manufacturing electroplating tanks, pickling tanks, exhaust gas treatment towers (spray towers, scrubbers), and wastewater treatment tank liners. Its high weld strength allows for the fabrication of large containers and pipelines, effectively resisting erosion from various chemical media, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments handling the three wastes (wastewater, waste gas, solid waste).
Leveraging its high insulation strength, low dielectric constant, and anti-static properties, PP sheet is extensively used in wet process equipment within the semiconductor, photovoltaic, and liquid crystal display panel industries, such as in cleaning baths, etching tanks, and ventilation ducts. Its high-purity characteristics effectively prevent metal ion contamination, ensuring the stable operation of ultrapure production processes.
As a versatile engineering plastic sheet, PP is widely used to manufacture corrosion-resistant machine frames, equipment protective covers, material handling containers/trolleys, and floor linings. Its high mechanical strength, ease of machining (CNC cutting/bending), and cost-effectiveness make it an ideal solution for replacing traditional metal materials in corrosive environments.
The ease of cutting, bending, and thermoforming makes PP sheet highly suitable for the rapid fabrication of concept models, functional prototypes, and assembly fixtures. Its outstanding dimensional stability and certain degree of flexibility facilitate appearance validation, assembly testing, and ergonomic assessments by designers and engineers
